If you discover two or more Policy Numbers that are duplicates you may wish to merge them.
Search
- Navigate to the Policy Numbers via the Sitemap
- Select
Work Areas, Sales, then Policy Numbers
- The Active Policy Numbers view will open
Merge
- Tick the Policy Numbers (2 - 4 records are supported at once)
- Click MERGE
- Window pops up showing the selected records
- Select the PRIMARY record you wish to keep
- Click Merge
Tip
The Merge process happens in the background and may take up to a few minutes (maximum) depending on the amount of data being processed

Duties the Merge action will perform:
- Merges the VARIATIONS into the Primary
- Migrates all child TRANSACTIONS to the Primary
- Updates all associated LODGMENTS to reference the Primary
