It is easy to accurately track your Fee Disclosure & Opt-In obligations.
The first step is to manage some key data in your Contact records.
Locate Key Fields
- Navigate to a Contact
- Select the Preferences Tab
OFA Start Date
Set the date the client's Ongoing Fee Arrangement started.
This date is to reference the start of your ongoing arrangement and is for informational purposes only
Next Disclosure Date
Set the date the client requires the next Fee Disclosure Statement
If you are using our built-in AFDS functionality this date will be automatically updated as necessary.
Next Opt-In Date
Set the date the client is required to be issued the next Opt-In letter.
If you are using our built-in Opt-In functionality this date will be automatically updated as necessary.
